Role Description

Designs, structures, publishes useful and usable content that drives a positive customer experience and competitive web presence.

• Manages content through all phases of web delivery, including facilitation of page design requirements, page walkthroughs, QA reviews, quality and performance reviews, content updates and archival requests.
• Supports implementation of the content workflow and governance model and serves as a subject matter expert for content processes and tools.
• Adheres to editorial calendars in support of campaign and content delivery deadlines.
• Collaborates with digital content curators in the development and optimization of web content.
• Reviews copy, performs quality control checks, and makes adjustments as needed to ensure published content meets quality and performance criteria.
• Takes initiative to investigate, diagnose, and troubleshoot web content issues, and then selects and explains/documents the best solutions.
• Leads walkthroughs with stakeholders prior to publishing.
• Participates in content strategy activities that support site migrations projects.
• Reviews content metrics and develops insights and recommendations to inform optimization decisions.
• Continuously evaluates business and technical needs and best practices for content design and delivery and makes recommendations for improvements.
• Read and follow the Underwriters Laboratories Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.
