[Hiring] Senior User Experience Researcher @Sight Machine

Role Description

Sight Machine is in search of a Senior User Experience Researcher to join our rapidly growing team. This talented individual will play a critical role in bringing delight and engagement to our products. In this role, you will work collaboratively with product, engineering, design and other stakeholders to guide the planning, execution and broadcasting of user experience research.

• Lead the research process
• Conduct user interviews
• Map user journeys
• Synthesize findings
• Make strategic decisions on feature development and product enhancements
• Create plans to assess the effectiveness of design projects, iterative product launches, and feature updates

We are looking for a passionate, experienced researcher who is comfortable operating at a strategic level. If you are inquisitive and have a demonstrated history of designing and leading innovative user experiences, we would love to hear from you.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience conducting user experience research
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and principles from a UX perspective
• Experience leveraging quantitative and qualitative analytics to measure impact
• Master's degree in Human Factors or Human-Computer Interaction
• Ability to take initiative and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proven success establishing strong relationships with team members, stakeholders and users
