[Hiring] Senior UI/UX Designer @StreamTV Media GmbH

Role Description

TikFinity's dashboard and mobile app are used by more than a million active creators. The product works, and the design has room for improvement. You will join to elevate an existing product to match its user numbers.

Our CPO, who comes from a UI/UX background, has high expectations. He provides detailed briefs for new features and has clear ideas on their appearance. Your role is to take that briefing and design the feature thoroughly: every view, every state, and every connection to the rest of the product. TikFinity is a mature product where settings, widgets, and flows are interdependent, and you need to keep that in mind while designing.

You will work in a design team of two, delivering finished designs to the Product Owner and the development team, and see your work live shortly after.

Duties

• Design new features for TikFinity's web dashboard, mobile app, and agency portal, from the CPO's briefing to a developer-ready handoff.
• Work out every view and state a feature needs, including the ones nobody briefed.
• Rework existing screens where usability or visual quality falls short.
• Build and maintain the Figma component library that keeps web and mobile consistent.
• Hand off to the Product Owner and developers for a seamless build process.
• Think independently about the product and challenge a briefing when user experience demands it.

Qualifications

• Several years of professional UI/UX design experience on SaaS applications (hard requirement).
• Strong in both UX thinking (flows, states, information architecture) and UI craft (visual quality down to the pixel).
• Experience designing web applications, ideally mobile apps as well.
• Ability to hold a complex product in your head: when designing one screen, you know which five others it touches.
• Advanced Figma skills, including component libraries and prototyping.
• An independent working style: you think about the product without being asked.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Based in Germany or Austria, or within two hours of that time zone.

Requirements

• Familiarity with TikTok LIVE, streaming, or the creator space (great to have).
• Motion and micro-interaction design experience (great to have).
• German language skills (part of the team works in German; great to have).

Compensation

Gross salary for this role ranges from €60,000 to €70,000 per year (full-time). For roles based in Austria, this is an all-in contract. Depending on country and type of employment, we are open to negotiate.
