Role Description

We at Coforge are hiring a UI/UX Designer Senior with the following skill set.

• Lead the end-to-end design process, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs.
• Define user journeys and interaction patterns for complex workflows such as file distribution, authentication, and portal integrations.
• Design responsive and accessible interfaces for web applications used in internal and external contexts.
• Create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI guidelines to ensure consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business and technical requirements.
• Translate security and platform constraints into intuitive user experiences (e.g., authentication flows, access controls, notifications).
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to continuously improve user experience.
• Ensure accessibility standards and best practices are applied across all interfaces.
• Support development teams with design specifications, assets, and design validation during implementation.
• Document design decisions, patterns, and usability guidelines.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in UI/UX design for web-based enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping tools.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility standards.
• Experience designing complex workflows, dashboards, and data-driven interfaces.
• Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility considerations.
• Ability to translate technical and security requirements into intuitive UX solutions.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, DevOps).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Requirements

• Experience designing platforms with multi-tenant architectures and role-based access.
• Familiarity with secure user flows such as SSO, MFA, and identity management.
• Knowledge of frontend development concepts (HTML, CSS, React or similar frameworks).
• Experience in design systems governance at scale.
• Exposure to enterprise platforms, data management tools, or developer portals.
