Role Description
This role involves leading UX design efforts with a focus on Salesforce UX experience.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and usability.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to showcase design concepts and user flows.
- Strong knowledge of UX principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Ability to decompose lengthy workflows into more usable, intuitive, and simple tasks.
- Work in cross-functional teams with Developers and UX Leaders to ensure project quality in terms of consistency and guidelines.
- Conduct user interviews, focus groups, and contextual inquiry sessions to understand business requirements and gain insights into user pain points.
- Create detailed use cases to cover all possible scenarios.
- Experience in designing complex, user-centered digital products.
- Designed interactive wireframes using modern UI design features.
- Proficient in usability principles and techniques.
- Oversee usability testing, user feedback sessions, and other evaluation techniques to ensure that designs meet user expectations and business goals.
- Strong communication skills and ability to present ideas clearly to stakeholders.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
