[Hiring] Senior Product (UI/ UX) Designer @Flatgigs

Role Description

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with strong experience designing intuitive, user-centric web and mobile applications, with the ability to work seamlessly across both LTR and RTL layouts.

• Proven track record in UX/UI design, supported by a strong portfolio that demonstrates the ability to turn complex product requirements into clean, functional, and engaging user experiences.
• Ability to brainstorm fresh ideas and proactively recommend best-practice user flows.
• Confident working across the full design lifecycle, from research and discovery through to wireframing, prototyping, user flows, usability testing, and design iteration.
• Strong hands-on experience with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms.
• Experience owning, maintaining, and scaling design systems across digital products.
• Ability to understand user needs, translate feedback into practical design improvements, and adapt quickly as product requirements evolve.
• Strong understanding of UX research, usability testing, accessible design, and inclusive design principles.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented, able to manage time effectively, work autonomously, and remain comfortable collaborating remotely with distributed teams.

Qualifications

• 06+ Years of Experience in UI/UX Engineering including Product Designing.
• Senior-level experience with the ability to work autonomously and comfortably in a remote setup.
• Proven experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
• Ability to design seamlessly for both LTR and RTL layouts.
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centric product design.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
• Experience owning, maintaining, and scaling design systems.
• Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and user flows.
• Strong understanding of UX research and usability testing.
• Experience working with iterative design methodologies.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
• Ability to synthesize feedback and adapt designs quickly.
• Familiarity with accessible and inclusive design principles.
