The team waiting for you at Webshare is focused on integrating Product Design into the product decision-making process. We expect Product, Design, and Engineering to collaborate from the beginning, which includes:
-
Understanding the problem
-
Exploring possible solutions
-
Challenging each otherβs assumptions
-
Deciding what gives customers the best outcome
You'll have:
-
Significant autonomy and ownership
-
Access to real behavioral and commercial data
-
An active experimentation culture
-
Technically interesting product problems
-
Direct influence over how Webshare evolves
-
The opportunity to establish stronger Product Design practices as the team grows
We value designers who are:
-
Curious about why users behave the way they do
-
Comfortable working with data and experimentation
-
Interested in understanding how the product works underneath the interface
The goal isnβt just to make Webshare look better; itβs to make a technically complex product feel substantially easier to understand, buy, configure, and use.
In this role, youβll:
-
Own the end-to-end product experience across meaningful areas like onboarding, activation, proxy setup, and usage analytics
-
Partner with Product Managers and Engineers from the problem-definition stage to frame ambiguous problems, explore multiple approaches, and shape what is built
-
Conduct continuous discovery, prototype early concepts, and validate design directions through research before execution
-
Design meaningful product experiments and A/B tests, interpreting behavioral data to inform and iterate on future product decisions
-
Map the complete customer journey to identify friction points and translate complex technical mechanics into accessible, user-friendly experiences
-
Contribute to our design system and elevate team-wide product thinking through strong design rationale, evidence-based methodologies, and collaborative critiques
Qualifications
-
Strong Product Design experience with a portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of meaningful digital products or product areas
-
Strong product thinking and an evidence-based approach, combining business goals, customer needs, technical constraints, and behavioral data to drive design decisions
-
Exceptional interaction and information-design skills, specifically for translating complex settings, configurations, or data into clear interfaces
-
High comfort level with ambiguity, capable of independently navigating from problem definition through delivery, measurement, and post-launch iteration
-
A low-ego, pragmatic mindset with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to articulate, defend, and adapt design decisions based on real-world evidence
Requirements
-
Experience designing B2C SaaS, developer tools, infrastructure, cybersecurity, networking, cloud, data, API-based, or other technically complex products (nice to have)
-
Experience designing self-service products where users need to understand and configure technically complex functionality without relying on Sales or Support (nice to have)
-
Experience with pricing, packaging, checkout, subscription management, upgrades, or monetization flows (nice to have)
-
Strong data and information-visualization skills, including dashboards, usage analytics, performance metrics, or reporting (nice to have)
-
Experience running or designing A/B tests and product experiments (nice to have)
Benefits
-
Gross salary: 24,600 - 29,500 PLN/month. Open to discussing a different salary based on skills and competencies
-
40+ internal learning options, external conferences, mentorship, and year-round knowledge-sharing
