[Hiring] Senior Product Designer @Prolific

Role Description

• You will be embedded in a team alongside engineers, product managers, and data scientists as well as very close operational and customer-facing colleagues.
• You’ll build and advocate for functional, delightful, and disruptive customer journeys that pack a lot of value.
• You’ll work experimentally and iteratively.
• You’ll conduct user research independently with the help of our consulting user researchers.
• You’ll be the person accountable for the product’s customer experience and satisfaction in your domain.

Qualifications

• Comfortable with asynchronous and synchronous working that is fast-paced and constantly changing.
• A deep systems thinker who is curious about people's behaviour and passionate about how great design can improve user productivity and enjoyment.
• Understanding of product design principles with long practical experience using them.
• Experience with design tools, such as Figma.
• Experience with information architecture and mapping complex systems and business processes.
• Experience of interface design, and a deep understanding of good visual and interactive design in dynamic contexts.
• Comfort with product analytics and A/B or multivariate testing.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments.

Requirements

• Knowledge of B2B and Enterprise customer needs and how to delight them.
• Knowledge of the AI tooling landscape.
• Knowledge of developer experience, APIs, and common developer tools.
• Proven success in a scale-up environment.
