[Hiring] Senior Product Designer @Mondo Staffing Agency

Role Description

This role partners with product and development leadership in fast, iterative cycles to shape the consumer experience for a pre-launch health and nutrition marketplace, owning onboarding, education, and marketing funnel design from brief to delivery.

• Design consumer onboarding and education screens using progressive disclosure across six learning areas, building on and completing existing work.
• Design and refine marketing funnels that move users from the website into app membership.
• Design two new home-screen features, including one revival of a feature from an earlier product generation.
• Execute work in one and two-day cycles, taking direction from founder and product leadership.
• Present and defend design decisions in reviews alongside the client's external marketing agency.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate output and rewrite weak generated content against source material before delivery.
• Carry each piece of work from brief to completion without requiring follow-up.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in product design.
• Demonstrated portfolio weighted toward consumer and conversion work, including onboarding flows and marketing funnels with measurable results, rather than enterprise or internal tooling.
• Comfort receiving and executing against daily, detail-level direction from stakeholders with strong, established product opinions.
• Proven ability to deliver reliable, high-quality work on one and two-day turnarounds, consistently.
• Fluency in Figma.
• Familiarity with responsive web design (note: current platform is responsive, not native mobile).
• Availability for real-time collaboration during standard business hours.

Requirements

• Experience designing on a pre-launch product where positioning had not yet been validated with real users.
• Prior collaboration with an external marketing or brand agency in a design review or co-creation context.
• Background in health tech, food and beverage, or adjacent consumer verticals.
