Define and champion a cohesive Design vision across product lines; partner with the CPO, R&D leadership, and commercial teams to translate business goals into design principles and a scalable design system.
-
Lead end-to-end design for key product surfaces β from discovery and user research through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity specs ready for engineering handoff. Covering both UI and UX design streams.
-
Act as the voice of design in product and engineering planning; align stakeholders early, facilitate design critiques, and raise the bar across the organization.
-
Set UX/UI strategy and design direction in partnership with the CPO.
-
Drive end-to-end design from research through final delivery.
-
Conduct user research, synthesize insights, and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
-
Build and maintain a scalable design system and documentation.
-
Implement AI tools to speed up production and maintain design components.
-
Collaborate with engineering to ensure quality implementation.

-
Facilitate workshops, sprints, and design reviews with stakeholders utilizing current UX and design thinking practices.
-
Collect feedback from customer-facing teams and product managers to inform design direction.
Qualifications
-
8+ years of UX/UI/product design experience, including work at a strategic level.
-
A strong portfolio demonstrating both systems thinking and refined craft.
-
Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
-

-
Experience partnering with senior leadership and influencing product direction.
