Role Description
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Product Designer, who would like to move on to a new challenge in their career and engage in building a strong design culture.
- Collaborate in cross-functional product teams in a company aspiring to be a product led organization
- Use dual track agile, playing roles of a researcher/strategist in Discovery and a UI/UX designer in Delivery
- Refine the product used by well-known brands like Obi, Decathlon, Rossman, Jeronimo Martins
- Develop the product with a focus on customer intimacy as the core market differentiator
- Have a real impact on a fast-growing HR tech brand with a global potential
- Work in a startup, remote-friendly culture built on autonomy, responsibility, and partnership
- Collaborate with a vision-driven, outcome-based roadmap alongside Product Managers, Product Designer, Product Analyst, and Content Designer
- Participate in a structured introduction process to ensure a seamless start of our collaboration
- Possibility of fully remote collaboration (within Poland) or access to office spaces (Tarnów/Kraków/Warsaw)
- Collaborate with a team passionate about what we do
- Monthly budget of 16,800 - 19,800 net + VAT for B2B contractors running their own business

- Responsibility for the consistency and quality of the product team's UX/UI solutions
- Responsibility for the discovery area - conducting research, testing hypotheses, rapid visualization of concepts
- Cooperate on a daily basis with one of the SCRUM teams addressing the business challenges of our current and future customers and ensuring that designs can be effectively implemented
- Ensure that business, product, and user goals are translated into UX strategy and that the strategy is consistently executed
- Collaborate with Product Managers in the process of collecting and analyzing quality feedback from Customers and End Users
- Prepare sketches, mock-ups, designs as well as facilitate design workshops and reviews
- Test assumptions based on feedback from users and team members
- Use your interaction design skills in the general UX and UI redesign process of HCM Deck
- Be available for communication during company core business hours to effectively collaborate on ongoing projects
- Ensure timely, transparent communication and smooth intra- and cross-team collaboration
Qualifications
- 5 years professional experience in Product Design with the responsibility of executing at every stage of the design lifecycle from research to ideation to delivery
- Understanding of key business metrics and data, as well as how they connect to design
- Problem solving skills that enable you to ask meaningful questions, conduct analyze and validate user research, and subsequently scope design opportunities
- Experience gathering and understanding business strategy, and finding the right balance between user and business needs
- Experience in developing and maintaining Design System
- Ability to work autonomously and actively exchange knowledge with another designer
- Combined excellent design skills with the ability to deliver results
- A portfolio that shows you can take complex concepts and turn them into approachable human-centered solutions
- Great track record for working closely with cross-functional teams - with Product Designer, Product Managers, Engineers and other domain experts
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies that integrate into software development lifecycle
- Fluent Polish and C1 level of English
- A real “Can Do” attitude which continuously drives you to proactively take initiative and test new approaches
- Comfort and confidence leading group activities
- Resilience that helps to eagerly embrace FAILs as First Attempts In Learning
