Role Description
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who thrives in ambiguity, thinks in systems, and delivers beautiful, functional designs. You’ll take full ownership of your projects—leading them end-to-end, from strategy to launch and continuous iteration.
- Lead the full product design lifecycle—from discovery and ideation through prototyping, user testing, and final implementation
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers in a cross-functional team to define and solve problems
- Drive and conduct user research activities such as stakeholder interviews, user interviews, and usability studies
- Facilitate design workshops and working sessions to align teams and shape product direction
- Create thoughtful design solutions with a systems-thinking mindset, balancing business goals and user needs
- Design high-fidelity, visually polished interfaces in Figma, contributing to and maintaining a scalable design system
- Based on user feedback and business priorities, continuously improve and iterate on shipped products
- Work autonomously when needed and take the initiative to drive your projects forward
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience designing complex web applications, especially in B2B and B2E environments
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, fluent in English
- Strong leadership and autonomy — you can drive projects forward independently and lead cross-functional collaboration
- Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with a portfolio to back it up
- Experience navigating ambiguity and finding clarity through research, prototyping, and experimentation
- Deep knowledge of Figma and experience building and maintaining design systems
- Comfortable being a generalist and handling everything from UX research to pixel-perfect UI
Requirements
- Experience designing for mobile platforms (Nice to Have)
- Background in designing AI-powered features or products (Nice to Have)
