[Hiring] Senior Product Design Manager @Pennylane SAS

Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Design Manager for the Accounting Track, with a strong strategic and design mindset, who has extensive experience working in complex Product environments.

• Refine and update the Product Strategy at the Accounting track level in close partnership with the Accounting Head of Product and the Accounting Head of Engineering
• Shape, promote and spread the Product Design vision and the Design culture at Pennylane’s level and outside of Pennylane
• Represent design in executive forums and act as the voice of our users to the board
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and company-wide bets with other leaders
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 Product Design Managers overseeing themselves 15 Product Designers
• Help your team balance speed, quality, and design consistency, always focusing on JBTD and business goals
• Co-animate the Design Committee and Design rituals with the other Design Leaders
• Partner closely with other Design Leaders, cross-functional partners, and HR team to hire, develop and retain design talent

Qualifications

• Proven experience working directly with C-level executives and executive committees
• Ability to simplify complex topics and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders
• Experience in mentoring and leading design teams
