Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Performance Video Editor & Ad Designer who lives and breathes direct-response marketing. Your mission is to conduct deep ad research, take raw assets, UGC, AI generations, and product footage, and engineer them from scratch into high-converting Meta Ads. You are not just a task executor; you are a creative scientist, able to make psychologically engaging, scroll-stopping ads that drive immediate revenue. You will work closely with our creative strategists to research, create, analyze, iterate, and launch high volumes of winning creatives based on hard data.

Core Responsibilities

• Elite Ad Research & Creative Analysis
  • Creative Analysis: Professional level user of Motion or similar creative analytics tools to analyze creative performance.
  • Metric Based Diagnosis: Senior level understanding of ad data, able to diagnose failing ads by reading Hook Rate, Hold Rate, Outbound CTR, and CPA.
  • Competitive Research: Conduct daily ad research using Facebook Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center, YouTube shorts, and other sources to spot trends.
• High-Volume Direct Response Ad Creation
  • Ad Production: Create cohesive, high-converting static ads & video ads from raw footage, UGC, AI-generated assets, and product B-roll.
  • Mastery Of Hooks: Design scroll-stopping visual and auditory hooks for the first 3 seconds of every ad.
  • Pacing & Retention: Execute fast-paced editing styles designed for social media feeds.
• Visual & Sound Design
  • Dynamic Typography: Create bold, highly readable text overlays and captions.
  • Audio Engineering: Apply high-impact sound design and mix AI voiceovers with background tracks.
• Rapid Iteration & Data-Driven Adjustments
  • Iterations: Rapidly produce iterations/variations of winning ads to combat ad fatigue.
  • Surgical Fixes: Use Motion data insights to execute immediate creative solutions.
• Asset Utilization
  • Utilize modular templates, 3D anatomical animations, and asset libraries to maintain brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ Years Experience: Proven track record in direct-response video ad creation and ecommerce marketing.
• Elite Data Fluency: Expert in using Motion (or similar) for creative reporting.
• Direct Response DNA: Understanding of consumer psychology and why an ad converts.
• Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut desktop.
• Speed & Precision: Ability to work quickly without sacrificing visual quality.
• Hardware & Workspace Requirements: Must operate from a professional, multi-monitor workstation.
• Portfolio Requirement: Showcase fast-paced, direct-response social media ads with strong hooks and transitions.
