Role Description
We are looking for a Senior Narrative Designer to play a key role in shaping gameplay experiences, passionate about crafting and taking ownership of a narrative that can further elevate the player's experience for our VR games.
- Accountable for creating and implementing engaging storylines and characters
- Work closely with designers, animators, and other departments to ensure alignment with the overall creative vision
- 12 month fixed term contract
- Full time 37.5 hours per week
- Fully remote within the UK
- Salary is competitive and dependent on experience
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience as a narrative, gameplay or level designer focusing on implementing narrative and systems
- Take direction as well as ability to drive your own tasks
- Excellent understanding of interactive storytelling
- Ability to address and incorporate creative feedback in an effective and constructive manner
- Well-developed written and verbal communication, documentation skills and the ability to convey abstract concepts
- Extensive knowledge of Unreal
Requirements
- A keen VR enthusiast, knowledgeable about the trends and hottest games in this sector of the industry
- Experience with VR development
- Script writing experience
