[Hiring] Senior Integrated Digital Designer @Brandtech+

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Creative All-round Designer to join our team. This role requires a multifaceted individual who can seamlessly blend digital, video, print and UX design with a keen eye for detail and innovative thinking. As a Creative Allrounder, you will contribute to a wide range of projects, primarily for B2B brands. The ideal candidate is not only skilled but also a team player, reliable, committed to meeting deadlines, and delivering high-quality work.

• Produce a diverse range of B2B communication materials for Print, Digital assets, eDM Campaigns (UX) and video.
• Create engaging visual content for various platforms, including brochures and large-scale technical documents, ensuring clarity and brand consistency.
• Perform basic motion graphics and video editing to produce dynamic and engaging multimedia content.
• Understand and adhere to corporate design and brand guidelines to ensure consistent brand representation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and effective design solutions for B2B clients.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and integrate feedback into design iterations.
• Commit to project timelines and maintain high standards of both quality and creativity.
• Work closely with Project Managers to scope out work, and estimation of time and effort.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-7 years combined experience as a Senior Integrated Designer.
• Experience working for a fast-paced environment, Creative Agency experience.
• Excellent understanding of the technical constraints and design requirements.
• Outstanding all-round design skills, with in-depth knowledge of Adobe CS and After Effects.
• Good verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of Corporate Brand Guidelines.
• Deep understanding of Design systems, typography, technical specifications and Art Direction.
