[Hiring] Senior Graphic Designer @CI&T

Role Description

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and creating a variety of visual materials including:

• PPT presentations
• Videos
• Communication pieces
• Email templates
• Logos
• Banners
• Folders
• Any other visual content we may need

Additionally, the designer will create components for the mobile platform to be utilized by our UX and Frontend teams.

• Design and produce high-quality visual materials.
• Collaborate with UX and Frontend teams to create components for the MyApps platform, ensuring cohesive and user-friendly designs.
• Conceptualize and execute designs that align with the company’s branding and marketing strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated with industry trends and tools to bring fresh ideas and innovative designs to the team.

Qualifications

• Advanced English
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related role.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail.
• Experience in video editing and animation.
• Knowledge of web design principles and UX/UI best practices.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
