[Hiring] Senior Graphic Designer @Who Gives A Crap

Role Description

We’re looking for a passionate and purpose-driven Senior Designer (Retail & B2B) to join our Creative team. In this role, you’ll lead all design needs across our Retail and B2B channels, playing a key part in bringing the Who Gives A Crap brand to life in these spaces. This is an opportunity to directly impact how we show up in stores and with our business customers, using your design skills to help us make the world a better place. Reporting to the Associate Creative Director, this is a remote-first role.

If you worked here this past month here are some things you might have been involved in:

• Led the creative vision for a multi-touchpoint retail campaign for one of our biggest retailers, guiding the working team to a disruptive idea and overseeing execution from tiny shelf wobblers to a full scale OOH plan.
• Audited and evolved our shopper marketing toolkit to keep our brand presence consistent, effective and beautiful.
• Partnered with our local teams to craft an engaging, highly creative pitch deck introducing us to a major global retailer.
• Delivered a unique brand activation for a B2B trade show that won the hearts of the hotel & accommodation industry.
• Collaborated with the brand design team to ensure our retail guidelines for Limited Edition were cohesive, easy to understand and translated our product from screen to shelf.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing work in the Retail or B2B space.
• Expertise in designing for experiential environments and connecting digital brand assets to physical shopper marketing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Figma.
• Deep understanding of the creative process and nuances of print production as well as digital.

• Can articulate creative vision clearly and explain the “why” behind the work.
• Commercially sharp and able to translate complex creative briefs into effective solutions.
• Enjoys mentoring designers, offering feedback, and sharing inspiration.
• Experience working with external printers and production teams to ensure flawless execution of designs.
