Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to lead and oversee the evaluation and creation of digital art assets. You’ll be responsible for producing polished graphic content based on client briefs and reviewing AI-generated content on visual harmony or accuracy.
- Create assets and designs that align with Turing’s creative standards and project requirements.
- Bring experience & knowledge in concept art, sketching, line art, background design, and detailing for 2D asset creation.
- Review AI-generated images to check if they match the intended artistic style.
- Define & apply evaluation criteria for various styles such as Anime, Comic, Painting, and others.
- Evaluate identity preservation across factors like skin tone, gender, age, pose, body shape/size, and hair etc.
- Define & implement a systematic rating framework to ensure consistent evaluations of style expression and identity preservation across relevant attributes.
- Identify acceptable minor deviations according to established stylization levels.
- Supervise the evaluation output of junior designers and ensure timely delivery of quality reviews.
Qualifications
- 3 to 8 years of experience in graphic design.
- Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a similar field.
- Proven experience as a seasoned graphic designer with a portfolio that showcases creative expertise.
- Good understanding of visual styles, art trends, and character design.
- Ability to assess images based on defined criteria.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage time well.
