[Hiring] Senior E-commerce Content Designer @MultiplyMii

Role Description

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior E-commerce Content Designer & AI Visual Content Specialist who can independently research products and customers, develop content strategies, and execute those strategies through marketplace publication.

• Translate authentic product photos, videos, catalogs, and approved specifications into persuasive listing images, Amazon A+ Content, product videos, and interactive 3D models.
• Research the target buyer, customer needs, and competitor content to develop a storyboard outlining selling points, content sequence, English marketing copy, rough layouts, and supporting evidence.
• Identify and correct AI-generated errors independently, ensuring product accuracy.
• Direct, hands-on experience publishing content through Amazon Seller Central/A+ Content Manager and Walmart Seller Center.
• Process 3D product models and prepare and publish them through Amazon's supported 3D workflow.
• Demonstrate personal ownership of the complete process, from research and storyboarding to creative execution, quality assurance, and live marketplace verification.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce content design, creative production, product imagery, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience creating and publishing e-commerce content for Amazon and Walmart.
• A strong portfolio showcasing Amazon A+ Content, product imagery, infographics, and other marketplace-specific creative assets.
• Practical experience creating content for e-commerce platforms such as Wayfair or similar marketplaces.
• Understanding of Amazon’s 3D/AR publishing workflow.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and relevant image-editing tools.
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools for image generation, image enhancement, and/or video production.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify visual inaccuracies in AI-generated content.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Planner.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Based in the Philippines and able to work full-time with at least 3–4 hours of daily overlap with California working hours.
• Reliable internet connection, appropriate work equipment, and a suitable remote working environment.
• Willingness to commit to a dedicated, long-term role.

Requirements

• Experience working with furniture, home goods, or other products requiring accurate visual representation.
• Familiarity with AI-powered visualization tools and platforms such as Cohom.
• Experience maintaining digital asset libraries, brand templates, and reusable creative resources.
• Experience working with AI-assisted creative production workflows at scale.
• Familiarity with additional e-commerce platforms and their content management systems.
