Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Digital Designer to join our team and play a key role in shaping our digital experiences. You will be responsible for UI/UX design, branding, and content creation, ensuring our digital assets are engaging, intuitive, and aligned with our brand identity. Open to candidates from Mexico and LATAM working remotely.
- Design & enhance UI/UX for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Develop branding materials and marketing content for social media & sales enablement.
- Create Figma mock-ups & interactive prototypes for sales demos.
- Ensure consistency in visual identity across all digital assets.
- Collaborate with marketing & development teams to align design goals with business objectives.
- Stay up to date with the latest design trends & best practices to continuously improve our design solutions.
Qualifications
- UI/UX design experience for web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe XD.
- Strong knowledge of Design Thinking.
- Ability to create interactive prototypes and high-fidelity mock-ups.
- Experience in branding and content creation for digital platforms.
- Strong time management skills, able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Team player with great collaboration skills.
- Advanced English.
Requirements
- Desirable: Experience with motion graphics & animations (Adobe After Effects).
- Knowledge of video editing (Adobe Premiere).
- Experience with Adobe InDesign for digital & print layouts.
- Familiarity with Miro, InVision, and Marvel for design collaboration.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for front-end design implementation.
- Experience in Adobe Captivate for e-learning content.
Education
- Computer Science/Information Technology Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
