A growing Australian marketing and business growth consultancy is seeking a Senior Designer & Team Lead to elevate creative output while building structure across a scaling content team.
The business helps service-based organisations maximise recurring revenue, improve client retention, and strengthen brand positioning through strategic marketing execution.
This is a fully remote role operating within the Australian time zone.

Content Creation & Creative Execution

Lead by example through hands-on content creation.

Design high-performing assets across:

Social media content

Digital campaign creatives

Marketing collateral

Sales presentations and promotional materials

Ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines and commercial objectives.

Maintain consistency across multiple brands and campaigns.
Team Leadership & Management

Manage and mentor a team of designers and content creators.

Delegate tasks with clear briefs, timelines, and expectations.

Provide structured creative direction and feedback.
-
Uplift team capability through coaching and quality control.

Foster a high-performance and collaborative creative culture.
Creative Strategy & Cross-Team Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, operations, and leadership teams.

Translate strategy into commercially effective creative assets.

Contribute to campaign planning and creative ideation.

Ensure creative supports measurable growth outcomes.
Systems, Structure & Workflow

Introduce structure to creative workflows and task delegation.
-
Improve briefing processes and review cycles.
-
Maintain scalable systems for asset management.

Support consistency in high-volume content environments.
Platform & Tool Support

Support creative alignment across CRM and marketing platforms.
-
Collaborate with teams using GoHighLevel and HubSpot to ensure campaign consistency.
Qualifications
-
Based in the Philippines and seeking a full-time remote role.

Proven experience as a Senior Designer or Creative Lead.

Demonstrated experience leading and managing a creative team.

Strong, hands-on content creation skills across digital formats.

Highly proficient in:

Canva (advanced level)
-
CapCut (video content creation)
-
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and digital design principles.

Ability to balance creative execution with leadership and structured workflow management.

Clear and confident communication with cross-functional teams.
Requirements

Australian agency experience.
-
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience working within GoHighLevel and/or HubSpot CRM environments.

Experience in high-volume content production environments.
-
Strong commercial mindset tied to measurable marketing outcomes.
Work Schedule & Employment Terms

Full-Time | Monday to Friday (Australian business hours).

Remote role for Philippine-based candidates only.
