[Hiring] Senior Creative Designer @Monks

Role Description

As a Senior Creative Designer, you’ll develop compelling visual content that brings brand identities to life while supporting client goals. You’ll join an innovative team delivering cohesive design experiences across digital, print, and AI-driven platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine brand-aligned visual concepts across digital marketing assets, print collateral, and AI-driven platform interfaces.
• Create modern web, social media, and digital marketing assets using Figma.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Content teams to translate creative briefs into impactful visual assets and user experiences.
• Conduct trend research and ideation to incorporate fresh design perspectives and emerging technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables meet quality, accuracy, brand consistency, and scheduling requirements.
• Participate actively in feedback sessions and adapt designs based on stakeholder input.
• Present design rationale clearly and professionally to clients and team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Creative Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand-focused work across multiple media.
• Proven proficiency with Figma.
• Strong conceptualization and ideation skills, with experience in modern web design.
• Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and other foundational design principles.
• Experience designing assets for digital marketing, social media, and web experiences.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented approach with a strong commitment to quality and brand consistency.
• Strong English communication skills (B2+) for presenting design rationale and engaging with clients and team members.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for design innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous learning.
