Role Description

Moonbox is looking for a Senior Brand & Creative Designer who combines strong design craft with an AI-first way of working. You’ll create distinctive brand identities and creative work across digital and physical touchpoints, moving quickly from ideas to polished execution.

• Develop concepts, identity systems, campaign visuals, and presentation-ready work.
• Collaborate with strategists and project teams.
• Explain your thinking clearly to colleagues and clients.
• Comfortable using AI throughout exploration and production to work faster and push ideas further.
• Apply your own taste, originality, and quality control to the final result.

Qualifications

• Preferably 5–6 years of experience in brand and creative design, with substantial agency experience.
• A portfolio showing original concepts, strong typography and visual systems, and work carried through to execution.
• An AI-first mindset: actively experiment with emerging tools and can show how they improve your process and output.
• Speed and adaptability without sacrificing design quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to present ideas, receive feedback, and work closely with a Dubai-based team.
