Role Description
Are you a detail-driven Landscape Architect with a strong eye for planting design and 3D development? Weβre looking for a Semi Senior Landscape Architect to support a Florida-based client on a Part Time basis, contributing to residential and hospitality projects with a focus on planting, documentation, and design development through DD and CD phases. Availability aligned with Eastern Time (ET) is required, with the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership on thoughtfully designed, experience-driven environments.
What youβll do:

Support landscape design development for residential (multifamily) and hospitality projects from DD through CD phases.

Develop planting plans with strong aesthetic, environmental, and functional criteria.

Assist with hardscape layouts, site coordination, and overall landscape integration.

Produce DDβCD sets of plans, including floor plans, sections, and elevations.

Create 3D models and support design development through accurate spatial representation.

Provide quick renderings and presentation materials to support design decisions when needed.

Produce drawings and documentation using ArchicAD, following established standards and workflows.

Collaborate closely with the principal designer to maintain design quality, consistency, and intent.

Stay adaptable and responsive while managing multiple tasks and evolving design inputs.
Qualifications

Professional experience in Landscape Architecture or a related field.

Advanced English communication skills.

Strong background in planting design, with the ability to balance aesthetics, function, and constructability.

Solid experience producing DD and CD documentation for landscape projects.

Proven ability to support design development under deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Experience working on residential (multifamily) projects.

Proficiency in ArchicAD.

Ability to collaborate smoothly within small, design-driven teams.
