Role Description

Where You'll Work:

• Remote role available only for residents of PA, NJ, or DE.
• Relocation assistance is not available.
• On-call (part-time) work, typically 2-3 days per week based on business need.
• Hours fall between 8am and 7pm with some flexibility.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with the Retouching Artist team and management to ensure content meets QVC & HSN brand standards for qualities such as aesthetic, lighting, contrast, color balance, model retouching, and accuracy.
• Assess images for additional retouching needs and act on findings.
• Partner with the team to determine the best course forward for situations outside predefined standards for QVC or HSN vendor images.
• Assist the Retouching Artist 2 team with administrative responsibilities and file organization.
• Work with medium and high volumes of images to create engaging content.
• Work under tight deadlines to deliver customer-ready content ahead of launches.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional experience and working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Bridge.
• Experience with image processing concepts such as cropping, aspect ratio, pixel dimensions, DPI, and color space.
• An eye for retouching concepts such as color correction and dust removal to produce finalized images.
• Proficiency in Photoshop tools including color and contrast adjustments, clone stamp, spot healing brush, and crop tool.
