[Hiring] Product Designer @GeoZilla Family Safety App

Role Description

We’re looking for a Middle/Senior Product Designer who embraces challenges, thrives in a dynamic environment, and always puts the user first.

• Lead design efforts on new product launches - from idea to MVP to scale
• Own all major user flows, wireframes, and polished UI across mobile and (optionally) web
• Improve and evolve existing products that show traction, optimizing for retention and engagement
• Conduct or leverage user research, feedback, and data to validate hypotheses and inform product direction
• Collaborate tightly with cross-functional teams and iterate quickly
• Be an active contributor to product vision and strategy

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Product Designer in a commercial, well-structured, product-driven company
• Strong UI/UX expertise for mobile apps (iOS & Android) with proven work on subscription-based products
• Experience launching new products from scratch (0 → 1)
• Confident Figma user (components, auto-layout, variables, and design systems)
• Understanding of main monetization principles for B2C subscription-based products
• Practical knowledge of UX research methods and usage of research tools (e.g., Maze, UserTesting, Hotjar, SurveyMonkey)
• Strong understanding of usability, interaction design, and accessibility principles
• Experience working across multiple platforms (Mobile-first, Web-apps)

Requirements

• Experience mentoring or supporting junior/mid designers (will be a plus)
• Familiarity with ASO creatives (App Store / Google Play visuals) (will be a plus)
• Experience setting up or improving internal design and discovery processes (will be a plus)
• Solid experience designing onboarding flows, paywalls, monetization journeys (will be a plus)
