[Hiring] Product Design Intern @1Password

Role Description

As our Product Design Intern, you’ll partner closely with Product Designers with a primary focus on the Enterprise Password Manager to help enable admins to securely manage and protect their workforce. You’ll deeply understand our product and personas, and work on a variety of design problems with mentorship and guidance from embedded designers.

This is a remote opportunity within Canada or the US. This position will be for 4 months - September to December 2026.

What You Can Expect

• Collaborate with Product Designers, Content Designers, Product Managers, UX Researchers, and Software Developers to understand and solve problems for customers.
• Develop concepts and prototypes using tools such as Cursor, Claude, and Figma Make, then translate validated ideas into high-fidelity designs and detailed feature specifications within our design system.
• Gather and incorporate feedback on your design work and share your feedback with other designers in weekly critique sessions.
• Partner with our research team to gather feedback from customers on design work through user research.
