Role Description

• Design and produce various types of graphics, ensuring consistency with brand and style guidelines.
• Create visual elements such as icons and illustrations that align with brand guidelines.
• Use graphic design software and tools to develop high-quality designs that meet technical specifications.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Collaborate with other team members to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Incorporate feedback and make revisions as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of professional experience as a Designer / Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role in fintech or high-risk industries.
• Confident level in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Fluent in Russian and at least intermediate level of English.
