In your day-to-day, you will:

Edit long-form video podcast episodes to a professional standard using Adobe Premiere Pro.

Create engaging short-form vertical videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.

Ensure all edits follow client's editorial standards, pacing, and storytelling style.

Review raw recordings from Riverside, remove filler words, unnecessary conversations, and host-requested edits while improving overall audio and video quality.

Maintain consistency across multiple podcast brands.

Manage each podcast episode from raw recording through to publication.

Coordinate with podcast hosts and internal stakeholders to gather assets, feedback, and approvals.

Organise project files and maintain clear version control.

Ensure production schedules and publishing deadlines are consistently met.

Upload and schedule podcast episodes across Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, and other platforms.

Create publishing assets including YouTube titles, descriptions, show notes, timestamps, thumbnails, and artwork.

Ensure content is accurately optimised and published across all channels.

Write engaging social media captions to promote podcast episodes.

Draft copy for email newsletters.

Schedule social media content using publishing platforms.

Track episode and campaign performance, including impressions, listens, watch time, click-through rates, and engagement.

Maintain reporting dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets.

Contribute ideas to improve editing styles, production workflows, and content formats across the network.

Identify opportunities to improve content performance and audience growth.
Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in editing and producing podcasts from recording through to final publication.

Experience editing conversational or interview-style long-form content.
-
Strong experience editing both long-form and short-form video content.

Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and other relevant video and audio editing tools.

Experience using Riverside, Captivate, Publer, Slack, and Google Workspace.

Graphic design experience in creating YouTube thumbnails and podcast artwork.

Experience publishing content to Spotify, Apple Podcasts, and YouTube.

Excellent organisational and project management skills.

Experience owning multiple podcast productions simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with strong attention to detail and the confidence to provide creative recommendations.

Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
