Role Description
As a creative contributor at Breakout, you will own every piece of creative that drives Breakoutโs paid acquisition across every channel, format, and market.

Report directly to the VP of Growth and collaborate with the Performance Marketing Lead.

Produce, iterate, and scale creative across various platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, X, Reddit, programmatic, and CTV.

Engage in a full-stack creative role, working on video, static, and motion content.

Focus on performance metrics like CTRs and CPAs while maintaining high-quality creative output.

Work closely with Paywardโs performance marketing team to share insights and learnings.
Qualifications

Expert-level proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition) and Figma.

Deep hands-on experience with AI creative tools: Veo 3, Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Sora, ElevenLabs, and the broader AI-native stack.

Strong understanding of performance marketing creative.

Proven ability to produce high-quality video, static, and motion creative across multiple formats, markets, and languages at speed.

Strong design fundamentals: typography, composition, hierarchy, colour.

Self-driven and motivated to constantly explore, learn, and experiment with emerging tech.
