Role Description

The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) Director's Office is seeking a dynamic and versatile Multimedia Project Manager to join the Statewide Communications and Public Affairs team. In this role, you will implement complex communication strategies with a strong focus on video, graphic design, and web content development. You will drive impactful visual storytelling through:

• Video production and editing
• Print and digital graphic design projects
• Web initiatives that advance the core mission of ADOA

Acting as a key collaborative partner, you will deliver high-quality, creative content that supports statewide public affairs goals and provides critical media and communication support.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in film, journalism, marketing, or a related field
• At least five years of experience working in communications, newsrooms, marketing firms, or a similar creative environment

Requirements

• Arizona driver license
• Background and reference check, including a criminal records verification
• All newly hired State employees are subject to and must successfully complete the Electronic Employment Eligibility Verification Program (E-Verify)
