Role Description
The Multimedia Manager will be responsible for the creation and implementation of multimedia content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Manage the production of multimedia content such as videos, graphics, animations, and interactive media
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to deliver cohesive multimedia campaigns
- Oversee the content creation process from concept to distribution
- Maintain multimedia libraries and ensure all content meets quality and brand standards
- Analyze content performance and stay updated with industry trends
- Train junior team members
- Manage relationships with external vendors and freelancers
- Illustrate company identity and culture through ideas and work produced
- Help identify key areas for improvement and contribute ideas for ways to get better
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of related work experience
- A portfolio demonstrating highly creative and strategic thinking across various media and channels
- A deep understanding of visual design principles and user experience
- Proven experience in multimedia content creation and management
- Proficiency in multimedia software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong understanding of multimedia production processes and techniques
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to communicate and collaborate successfully in a fully remote company
- Proactive, driven individual who is passionate about SafelyYou’s mission
- Senior living and/or start-up experience is a plus
