Role Description
Conceptualize, create, and adapt day-to-day digital and static assets across all marketing channels (e.g. social media, newsletters, presentations, and ads).

Design marketing, PR, and BD materials across digital, social, and web: from campaign templates to decks and motion assets.

Be responsible for crafting and maintaining high-quality graphic treatments for the GRVT brand.

Continuously push the creative boundaries and test new formats with a focus on performance.

Create engaging motion graphics to support marketing campaigns, feature launches, and brand storytelling.

Leverage AI tools to rapidly ideate, produce, and iterate creative assets, including images, videos, animations, and content concepts.

Build scalable AI-powered creative workflows, templates, and frameworks that enable marketing, community, product, and other teams to create content more effectively.

Experiment with emerging AI tools and identify opportunities to improve creative quality, speed, and output across the organization.

Document and share AI best practices, prompts, and processes to help establish a culture of AI-native content creation.

Work efficiently and proactively to deliver high-quality outputs on schedule, even in fast-moving environments.

Own specific timelines and graphic deliverables with minimal supervision.

Support event and partnership campaigns with on-brand creative assets.

Maintain and evolve GRVTβs marketing design system.

Stay on top of design trends in Web3, AI, tech, and lifestyle to keep the brand fresh and relevant.

Propose graphic ideas to storytell our brand and product.

Explore motion design, 3D visuals, and AI-generated video formats.

Pioneer new creative formats using generative AI, automation, and emerging content tools.

Help establish GRVTβs internal AI creative toolkit and workflows.
Qualifications

Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects preferred).

Confident in After Effects β keyframing, typography, transitions, pacing.

Strong understanding of generative AI tools for design, video, content creation, and creative automation (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, Veo, ChatGPT, Claude, Flux, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to use AI to create production-ready creative assets, not just concepts.

Experience building repeatable workflows, prompt systems, templates, or creative frameworks that others can adopt.

Ability to move fast, take feedback, and deliver high-quality work under tight timelines.

A sharp eye for typography, layout, color, and visual storytelling.

Curious, experimental, and constantly exploring new creative technologies.
