[Hiring] Marketing Designer @Novi AMS

Role Description

We're looking for a Marketing Designer to lead the visual evolution of our brand, starting with a long-overdue website refresh and extending across every marketing surface where we meet associations. This role will work closely with our Marketing Director.

What You'll Do:

• Website & Digital:
  • Lead our website redesign, partnering with marketing and product.
  • Design and ship marketing campaigns across web, email, and paid channels.
• Sales & Event Collateral:
  • Create sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, customer story layouts).
  • Produce print and event collateral for the Novi Summit, trade shows, and industry conferences.
• Brand System:
  • Evolve our brand system, including typography, color, components, and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to refine creative briefs.
  • Bring a bias to action: ship work, measure performance, and iterate.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of design experience in marketing (in-house or agency).
• A portfolio that shows strong fundamentals across digital and print, with a point of view on brand.
• Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Solid grasp of responsive web layouts, email design, and print production workflows.
• Experience contributing to or owning a brand system.
• Ability to self-manage, push back constructively, and deliver quality work without heavy oversight.
• A help-first attitude and comfort working remotely with a small, collaborative team.

Requirements

• Nice to have:
  • Experience designing for B2B SaaS or association/nonprofit audiences.
  • Familiarity with email platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, HubSpot).
  • Light HTML/CSS for handoff to engineering.
  • Motion or animation skills (After Effects, Lottie, Rive).
  • Experience designing for events and trade shows.
