As Lead Content Designer (Player–Coach), you will both define the craft and practice it hands-on.

• Lead content strategy within a tribe.

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years in content design or UX writing.
• Proven experience shaping voice and tone systems.
• Comfortable navigating financial, compliance, or operational complexity.
• Experienced in coaching or leading other content designers.
• Able to influence senior stakeholders with structured reasoning.
• Motivated to build and scale a content discipline.
