Role Description

What you'll do:

• Support the development of Landscape Architecture projects from Design Development (DD) through Construction Documentation (CD) phases.
• Prepare, update, and coordinate technical drawings, production deliverables, and project documentation.
• Develop construction document sets and assist with drafting and production work across residential, commercial, HOA, public works, and sustainability-focused projects.
• Incorporate design changes and coordinate revisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce quick renders and high-quality renderings as needed to support design communication.
• Collaborate closely with the Principal Landscape Architect to ensure project objectives and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• A degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Strong drafting and production experience, with a focus on DD and CD phases.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Land F/X.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and reliable, proactive communication habits.
• Good English communication skills.

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Background across a mix of project types: high-end residential, commercial developments, HOA communities, public works, water conservation/turf reduction, or mixed-use projects.
• Comfort receiving direct feedback and working closely with a firm principal.
• Experience working with US-based landscape architecture firms.
