Role Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer/Production Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in Premiere Pro and hands-on experience with creating content for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts platforms. In this role, you'll work closely with the design and content teams to produce visually engaging content that aligns with our brand's voice and goals.
- Design and produce dynamic video content for Meta (Facebook, Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Edit and enhance raw footage, incorporating effects, transitions, and text overlays to create visually engaging short-form content.
- Optimize videos for each platform, ensuring adherence to aspect ratios, file sizes, and platform-specific requirements.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and create compelling graphics, animations, and promotional materials for social media campaigns.
- Develop and maintain design templates for social media posts, stories, and ads that align with the brand identity.
- Assist in the preparation and production of visual assets, including photos, videos, and digital content, for both digital and print media.
- Work with designers and other team members to ensure timely and accurate production of deliverables.
- Ensure all video content and designs maintain brand consistency and align with the company's visual style guidelines.
- Assist in developing new creative concepts that align with marketing and social media strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices for video and graphic content creation on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Optimize content based on platform-specific trends and audience engagement insights.
Qualifications
- Strong editing skills, with the ability to create engaging short-form video content.
- Hands-on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, including best practices for content creation, engagement, and formatting.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) for graphic design and motion graphics.
- Strong eye for design and the ability to deliver polished, high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- A passion for digital design, with a keen understanding of current design trends and the ability to create fresh, compelling visuals.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and branding teams.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
