Role Description
The Junior Graphic Designer will support the marketing team in creating visually compelling and on-brand graphics for various digital and print materials. This role is ideal for an early-career designer looking to gain experience in a fast-paced B2B fintech environment. You will work closely with marketing and product managers to translate complex financial concepts into clear and engaging visuals.

Design Execution:
- Create visually appealing graphics for website banners, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, presentations, infographics, and other marketing materials.
- Assist in the design and production of print materials such as brochures, flyers, and event signage.
- Adapt existing designs for various platforms and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Develop and maintain a library of visual assets, including icons, illustrations, and stock imagery.

Brand Management:
- Adhere to and enforce brand guidelines across all design projects.
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing channels.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of brand style guides.

Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with marketing managers, product managers to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality designs.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Provide and receive constructive feedback on design concepts.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic understanding of web design principles and best practices.
- Ability to create and optimize graphics for various digital platforms.
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or Canva is a plus.
- Basic video editing skills are a plus.

Fintech Industry Awareness:
- Begin to gain an understanding of the fintech industry and its specific design needs.
- Learn how to translate complex financial concepts into clear and concise visuals.
- Stay up-to-date on design trends and best practices in the fintech sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creative abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- A passion for design and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in the fintech industry.
Requirements
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience designing for B2B companies.
