Role Description
The Jr. Digital Designer is the creative engine and visual guardian of the company’s digital and brand experience. This role moves beyond traditional UI/UX by acting as a design representative across all business departments—from product and web development to sales and marketing. You will bridge the gap between functional user experience and high-impact brand storytelling, ensuring every touchpoint—be it a complex app interface or a high-stakes sales deck—is intuitive, cohesive, and visually stunning.
What you’ll do:
-
Creative Process & Collaboration
-
Multi-Disciplinary Design:
Work directly with product managers, sales leads, and marketing to translate business requirements into creative solutions.
-
Asset Management:
Organize and manage a library of brand assets, ensuring the wider team has access to up-to-date, high-quality visual materials.
-
Iterative Design:
Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback from various stakeholders while maintaining a focus on the end-user experience.
-
Product UX & Interface Design
-
User-Centered Solutions:
Assist in the design of wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for our suite of digital products and websites.
-
Usability & Flow:
Collaborate with the Sr. UX Designer to map user journeys that reduce friction and enhance customer satisfaction across all digital platforms.
-
System Maintenance:
Help evolve and maintain our centralized design system, ensuring components are scalable for both product and marketing use cases.
-
Cross-Departmental Brand Representation
-
Sales & Growth Support:
Design sophisticated, "pitch-perfect" sales decks and B2B collateral that empower our leadership team to close high-level partnerships.
-
Unified Visual Identity:
Ensure brand consistency across non-product departments, serving as the "design eye" for internal and external business documents.
-
Marketing Design Execution:
Architect and execute social media templates, display ads, and email campaigns that translate our brand voice into thumb-stopping visual assets.
Qualifications
-
1-2 years of experience (including internships or high-level bootcamps) in user interface and experience design.
-
Advanced proficiency in Figma, Canva and other tools like the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for brand and marketing assets.
-
A proven ability to design high-end decks (Google Slides/PowerPoint/Keynote) that prioritize clarity and visual impact.
-
Experience designing for social platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram) and an understanding of how design influences conversion rates in ads.
-
Ability to create functional prototypes to communicate motion and interaction to the development team.
-
A sharp eye for grid systems, hierarchy, and sophisticated typography across both digital and print mediums.
Requirements
-
You love the logic of a user flow, but you also have the "creative flair" required to design a beautiful brand campaign and high-fidelity mock ups.
-
You cringe when you see an off-brand font or a stretched logo; you believe consistency is the key to trust.
-
You can pivot from a deep-dive UX audit of a checkout flow to designing a set of LinkedIn ads without losing a beat.
-
You understand that a sales deck is a user experience and you know how to lead a viewer through a narrative visually.
-
You are eager to learn from a Sr. UX Designer and want to see how design impacts every single department of a business.
-
You have a "pixel-perfect" mindset and take pride in delivering clean, organized files that are ready for production or dev handoff.
