[Hiring] Intern Undergraduate - Experience Designer @Geisinger

Role Description

The Experience Design / UX Intern will support the design and improvement of internal digital products, services, workflows, and communications within the Informatics & Analytics department. The intern will report to and work closely with the department’s Experience Designer and collaborate with analysts, developers, data management, and other stakeholders across the health system.

This internship will provide hands-on experience across:

• User experience design
• User research
• Service design
• Process improvement
• Technical communication
• Graphic design
• Emerging AI-enabled tools

The intern will contribute to real projects used by employees and teams throughout the health system, learning how human-centered design can improve digital interfaces, organizational processes, information sharing, employee experiences, and the adoption of new technology.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) - Required
