Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated Senior Interior Architectural Designer with 5 to 10+ years of deep experience in complex hospitality or commercial project pipelines. This is a comprehensive, production-heavy role designed for a "dual-threat" technical designer. You will:

• Run the backend modeling engine of our premier projects.
• Translate high-level creative concepts into fully realized, coordinated construction document (CD) packages.
• Act as a central technical hub between internal designers, principal leadership, and external engineering consultants.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10+ years of professional experience working within a leading hospitality, luxury multifamily, or high-end commercial interior architecture firm.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or equivalent proven technical design experience.
• Advanced, expert-level proficiency in Revit is non-negotiable.
• Strong functional knowledge of AutoCAD is also required.
• A proven portfolio demonstrating direct experience producing, interior detailing, and coordinating complete, fully realized construction document sets.
• Ability to maintain reliable, consistent, and professional working hour overlap with US Central Time (CST).
• Exceptional, professional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable driving deadlines independently from a remote environment.

Requirements

• Prior direct experience working remotely as an independent contractor for US-based design firms, clients, or consultants (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of branded environment guidelines and international hospitality brand standards (preferred).
• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) for presentation alignment (preferred).
