Role Description
Taylor Corporation is looking for an Interface Design Web II to lead the UX/UI strategy, governance, and evolution of an enterprise ecommerce design system. This role will define scalable UX patterns, visual standards, reusable components, and accessibility frameworks that deliver consistent, user-centered digital experiences.
The Interface Design Web II will collaborate with Engineering and cross-functional partners to align design strategy, implementation, and adoption while advancing design-to-code workflows and system scalability.
Qualifications

3+ years of Product, UX, or UI Design experience

3+ years of experience building and scaling enterprise design systems

Bachelorβs degree in an applicable area of specialty

Advanced Figma skills, including components, variables, libraries, design tokens, and Auto Layout

Expertise in design systems, component libraries, patterns, and documentation

Experience collaborating with Engineering in component-based development environments

Deep understanding of responsive, accessible, and inclusive design

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
Requirements

Build scalable, accessible, and consistent design frameworks that support multiple brands, products, and digital experiences

Partner with Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to align design strategy, implementation, and adoption

Evaluate emerging design trends and technologies to enhance user experiences and business outcomes

Lead design reviews, governance initiatives, and mentorship efforts to promote design excellence across teams

Define reusable ecommerce workflows for discovery, search, filtering, product detail pages, cart, checkout, personalization, and accounts

Apply best practices to improve usability while balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility

Create scalable UX frameworks rather than one-off page designs

Collaborate closely with front-end developers and support design-to-code workflows, documentation, and adoption

Reduce ambiguity during design handoff and align designs to component-based development standards
