Role Description

We’re looking for a talented Associate Industrial Designer to help shape the future of our product line. In this role, you’ll bring ideas to life—from early concepts to production-ready designs—while ensuring every product delivers exceptional usability, performance, and aesthetics. You’ll collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to create innovative, manufacturable designs that elevate the customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Concept Development
  • Develop innovative product concepts from initial briefs to refined 2D/3D models
  • Translate functional requirements, brand identity, and user needs into compelling designs
  • Use CAD and visualization tools to bring ideas to life
• Technical Documentation & Production Support
  • Create detailed CAD files, drawings, and product specifications
  • Clearly communicate design intent to engineering and manufacturing partners
  • Ensure accuracy in materials, finishes, dimensions, and tolerances
• User Research & Insights
  • Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and product testing
  • Identify pain points and opportunities to improve usability and experience
  • Translate insights into actionable design decisions
• Product Improvement & Optimization
  • Evaluate existing products for performance, usability, cost, and aesthetics
  • Propose iterative improvements based on data, feedback, and market trends
  • Support continuous innovation aligned with brand standards

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in Industrial Design or Product Design
• Strong portfolio showcasing physical product design (ideation → production)
• Proficiency in CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks, Fusion 360, Rhino, or similar)
• Experience preparing technical drawings and production specifications
• Understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and product development cycles
• Experience conducting or supporting user research is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
