Role Description

Are you a fast, detail-oriented 3D artist who thrives on producing highly realistic renderings and enjoys bringing landscape visualizations to life? We're looking for a High-End 3D Visualization specialist to support a California-based client in a flexible role. This is a full-time position with availability aligned with Pacific Time (PT).

• Produce high-quality, highly realistic renderings to meet growing client demand for premium visualizations.
• Create realistic landscape visualizations using architectural Revit models combined with Photoshop.
• Model and render landscape vegetation accurately, applying specialized knowledge to achieve realistic results.
• Support Construction Document (CD) set development with high-quality renderings.
• Serve as the team's dedicated rendering resource across active projects.
• Deliver interior and exterior renderings with varying levels of detail, from quick studies to premium visuals.
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and visual quality while meeting tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3D Artist, Architectural Visualizer, or similar role.
• Advanced English level.
• Strong proficiency in Photoshop, Revit, and AutoCAD.
• Solid experience producing highly realistic, high-quality renders.
• Demonstrated ability to create realistic landscape visualizations, including accurate landscape vegetation.
• Experience working on landscape projects.
• Strong attention to detail and visual quality.
• Ability to move quickly through reviews, updates, and revisions.
• Availability to start immediately and work full time for the duration of the engagement.
