Role Description

We’re looking for a Head of Design to lead our design function and shape how the brand looks, feels, and communicates across every touchpoint. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, create great work, and build a strong design system.

• Own the overall design direction and visual identity
• Lead brand, marketing, social, web, and product-related design
• Create and maintain design systems and brand guidelines
• Turn ideas and concepts into high-quality visual work
• Work closely with the founders, marketing, content, and growth teams
• Set the creative direction for campaigns and major launches
• Review, improve, and maintain design quality across all channels
• Build and manage a network or team of designers as the company grows
• Explore new design trends, tools, and creative formats
• Ensure consistency across digital and offline brand experiences

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent design work
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual systems
• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on
• Excellent visual taste and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to take a project from concept to execution
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving environment
• Experience leading designers or creative projects
• Experience with Figma and other modern design tools
• Motion, video, or 3D experience is a plus
