Role Description
This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in design and marketing. You’ll lead all things related to design and content for our internal go-to-market motion. This means creating compelling visuals and content that will help generate leads, close dealers, and build a powerful brand.
- Create marketing and sales collateral—decks, one-pagers, case studies, product overviews, and more
- Design assets for the Motive website, campaigns, social media, and more
- Evolve and maintain Motive’s brand
- Work directly with the sales team, CEO, and other teams to turn ideas into deliverables quickly
- Write short-form copy for go-to-market uses
- Collaborate on messaging, value prop articulation, and storytelling
- Help refine how we talk about Motive, visually and verbally
Qualifications
- Evidence of exceptional ability
- 1-5 years of experience in graphic design, content, or creative marketing
- A strong portfolio of clean, modern, beautiful design work
- Strong attention to detail and a bias toward action—you get good things done fast
- Excellent command of layout, typography, colors, and storytelling
- Comfortable with and excited about working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in B2B SaaS is a plus
