Role Description
This role involves creating product proofs for customers with their logos on our products (B2B), assisting cross-functional teams on logo issues, and maintaining gallery designs.
- Create product proofs for customers, ensuring their logos are accurately represented on our products.
- Become a brand expert to be able to execute on-brand designs and edit others’ work for brand accuracy.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Ops team to design and develop marketing assets, including graphics for social media, SEM, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Assist in maintaining and updating the marketing calendar and participating in weekly marketing meetings.
- Learn and assist with sending marketing emails as the backup.
- Research and implement new design techniques and tools to improve the quality and efficiency of design projects.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute ideas to enhance customer engagement and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in full customization/printing or related field.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree or technical college coursework in graphic design or a related field preferred.
- Applicants should submit a short portfolio highlighting their brand work, logos, websites mockups, or marketing materials.
- Proficiency in design programs such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or CorelDraw.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with urgency in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Inquisitive and problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
- Experience with Braze is a plus.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus.
