Role Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for developing high-quality visual and video content that strengthens brand presence, supports marketing initiatives, and drives audience engagement across digital platforms.

• Design high-quality visual assets for digital campaigns, including social media, email marketing, websites, landing pages, and paid advertisements.
• Edit and produce engaging video content for marketing channels, including short-form, long-form, promotional, and branded content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns aligned with brand and marketing objectives.
• Maintain consistency in branding, visual identity, and messaging across all design and video content.
• Optimize visual and video assets for different platforms, screen formats, and audience engagement strategies.
• Support content creation initiatives with graphics, animations, motion elements, and multimedia assets as needed.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.
• Stay current with design trends, editing techniques, digital content best practices, and emerging platform trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and video work (required).
• Proficiency in design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent platforms.
• Strong understanding of composition, typography, color theory, branding, and visual storytelling principles.
• Experience creating content for digital marketing campaigns and social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and short-form video editing best practices is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining consistent quality and meeting deadlines.
• Experience working with international or remote teams is preferred.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and/or Spanish is preferred, but not required.
