Role Description

We are looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic Designer & Video Content Specialist with 2–3 years of professional design experience to join our marketing team. This is a remote working role, ideal for a designer who is self-motivated, organised and comfortable collaborating with a fast-moving marketing team virtually.

The role offers the opportunity to work across multiple formats—from digital campaigns and social media creatives to event branding, brochures, paid advertising, presentations and short-form video content.

You will work closely with the Marketing team to translate campaign ideas, brand messages and commercial priorities into compelling visual content that captures attention, strengthens brand presence and drives engagement across digital and offline channels.

This is a highly execution-focused role where creativity, speed, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects will be equally important.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within a corporate, agency or marketing environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across digital, social, advertising and print design.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
• Strong proficiency in Canva, including template creation and brand-kit management.
• Experience editing short-form video content for social and digital platforms.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating digital advertising assets across multiple formats and dimensions.
• Experience preparing artwork for print, exhibitions and event production.
• Ability to interpret a creative brief and independently develop design concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining brand consistency.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across a remote and geographically dispersed team.

Requirements

• Experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion-design tools.
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn, Meta and Instagram advertising.
• Understanding of digital marketing, paid media and campaign creative best practices.
• Experience designing exhibition booths or large-format event graphics.
• Experience within B2B, technology, professional services, SaaS, training or corporate environments.
• Basic understanding of UX/UI and landing-page design principles.
• Experience using AI-enabled creative tools for image, video or content production.

Work Arrangement

• Flexible Work Arrangement
• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm AEST, should complete a 9-hour workday inclusive of one (1) hour unpaid lunch break.
